Our process is designed to match this balance—providing the technical stability of an audit (Ishi) with the responsive guidance of a local liaison partner (Ki).
- No. Ishi & Ki is a buyer-side liaison platform. Licensed agents represent the property; we represent you. We provide the “unfiltered reality” of a home, while the agent handles the legal contracts and official disclosures.
- Listing photos are marketing. We provide the context those photos hide: neighborhood noise, structural red flags, “lived-reality” commute times, and the subtle energy of a place. We find the reasons not to buy a property so you can move forward with the one that truly fits.
- Our primary focus is centered in the Nagano and Nagoya areas. This includes the mountain regions of Hakuba, Nozawa Onsen, and Matsumoto, as well as the urban center and suburbs of Nagoya. We also provide curation and liaison services across all of Japan; for properties outside our primary regions, we arrange a bespoke travel fee for on-site visits.
- To get started, you’ll submit a brief. We will then hand-pick up to 6 properties that match your lifestyle Ki. These are delivered to your private vault. Any further property requests or deep-dive site visits then move into our structured, paid stages.
- Yes. Our entire process is built for the “Distance Gap.” Through high-resolution video walkthroughs, local reality reports, and digital coordination, we ensure you have a “360-degree” view of the property without needing to be physically present.
